NOTE: Attendance is capped, sales close 10/31/2020...The Governor's Conference on Leadership, Equality, Accessibility and Diversity (LEAD) is one of the largest conferences of its kind in the Commonwealth and we are excited to announce that the 2020 event will be hosted virtually, giving attendees access from any digital device! In 2019, this event attracted over 700 attendees throughout the region and will be an invaluable professional development opportunity for management, legal, HR, administrative, diversity and other professionals.
The two-day conference will feature an all-star lineup of regional panelists and speakers from both private and public sectors, including a special presentation of the Charles W. Anderson Laureate Award and a recognition of agencies from across the state for diversity hiring goals.
Conference attendees will be provided with the resources and tools to ensure best practices surrounding diversity within the workplace and hear from the experts addressing topics of unconscious bias, healthcare disparities, justice reform, accessibility and more!
All registrants will also gain access to the post-conference legal sessions occurring on Nov. 20, 2020.
